Integrate two shop units fronting onto different streets but adjoining each other at the rear to form a city centre bistro based on a split level floor plan.
Solution
Break through the party wall between the buildings to provide a dining area on a split level floor plan served by a wide curved staircase.
Incorporate the kitchen, toilets and all ancillary areas in basement level.
The interior style is loosely based on French brasseries of the early 20th century.
A midnight blue colour scheme throughout with velvet upholstered furniture and mahogany bar in the lower area is counter acted with cream furniture in the upper area all in the style of Louis XVI.
A very subtle and focused lighting scheme helps to create a very rich, sexy and intimate atmosphere for customers.
