Extend existing cafe to increase the customer floor area, upgrade the kitchen and back of house facilities. Provide a design that will give the diner a strong brand identity, appealing to all customer age groups.
Solution
Design a diner / deli customer area with a contemporary take on the classic American diner. Contemporary diner style seating booths were designed to complement the deli counter and service counter which has high bar stools for customers. The use of red neon to the bulkhead ceiling along with pendant lights over the tables adds greatly to the overall ambience.

The diner is a hit with customers of all ages.
